We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with vedabyramya. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service support team through whatsapp or e-mail.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect(from our side) at the time of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- A mandatory opening video without cut or edit from the start of opening the outer cover showing the condition of the item upon arrival is required for validation.
- No returns for size and color issues.
Return Request Process
- Customers must inform our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product if they wish to return it.
- The item must be returned within 48 hours of receipt.
- In case of return, the product replacement will be initiated and shipped within 2-7 business days after returned product received to us.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days through the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return. Certain items may not be eligible due to hygiene or customization reasons.
Shipping Charges
For all returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
